| The Pension
of Perth at 3 Throssell Street is a true Federation tuck-pointed
home built in 1897 for an original settler family and overlooks
historic Hyde Park. The family were prominent Perth printers.
In 1998 the rear of the house was enlarged to twice its original
size. In 2000 the proprietor found the home a little the worse
for wear, but envisaged it's future potential as 'Pension
of Perth'.
This stunning federation building has been lovingly restored to reflect its
true historic beauty. The detailed renovations of the building have included the
doubling of its original size, the addition of a stunning display of interior
and exterior features and an additional storey, which is used by your Host as
his private quarters.
Each room has a different theme expertly furnished and decorated. The lounge,
dining areas and pool are situated at the rear.
We look forward to your stay at the Pension of Perth.
