Booking Request Form:
Cancellation Policy
Bookings of 4 nights or less:
Accommodation can be cancelled up to 14 days prior to your
stay with an administration charge of AU$20. If cancellation
is received less than 14 days from booked date, one nights
accommodation will be debited to your credit card.
Bookings exceeding 5 nights:
Accommodation can be cancelled up to 14 days prior to your
stay with an administration charge of AU$20. If cancellation
is received less than 14 days from booked date, one nights
accommodation for every 5 nights booked will be debited
to your credit card.
Bookings incorporating Christmas, New Year:
There is 'no refund' policy from 15 December until 15 January.
Bookings incorporating Easter Period:
Accommodation can be cancelled up to 14 days prior to your
stay with an administration charge of AU$20. If cancellation
is received less than 14 days from booked date a 'no refund'
policy applies. However, should the room be re-let a full
refund (less AU$20 adimistration charge) will be applied.
Termination after arrival:
Should you terminate your stay after arrival due to the
'non-smoking' restrictions, you will be required to pay
for the full period of your stay.
